How long is the program?The program can be completed at your convenience at anytime. There are 5 workouts per week and can be done any 5 days of the week Monday through Sunday. The nutrition guidelines are given for each week as well. Once enrolled in the program, you will have access to the workouts and nutrition guidelines for a year or if you chose a monthly subscription, as long as you need to complete it.

What if I already workout at a gym or am a member of a fitness program?Well done for having a fitness routine! This program can absolutely be used to supplement your current program. Once enrolled, there is a page dedicated to how you substitute which type of workout you are doing. For example, if you do a yoga/pilates program, you would omit the sculpt and stretch classes, or if you do a bootcamp then you would omit the tabata burns and so forth.

Can I do this program if I have an irregular cycle, PCOS, on birth control, IUD or have had partial hysterectomy?"You absolutely can! Once enrolled in the program there is a page dedicated on how you can identify where to start with the exercises and nutrition program based on if you have a regular, irregular cycle, are on a type of contraceptive, or have had a partical hysterectomy. This program is ideal for women in their 20's-40's but does not take into account menopausal women at this time.

I have dietary restrictions, can I still use the nutrition guidelines?"The nutrition for this program isn't about restrictions. Rather, the guidelines provide you with information on which types of food to focus and add to your regular diet to help with hormonal balance.

I've completed the program, how do I access more workouts? "This is still under production but will be available very soon!
